Letters modes
Letter Box builds a box in the shape of your text; Solid cuts the letters as flat pieces; Stencil cuts them out of one sheet.
- Letter Box: each letter becomes a box, with a base, walls that follow the outline, and an optional lid.
- Solid: each letter is cut as a flat piece, with counters (the holes in A, O and 8) as inner cuts.
- Stencil: the letters are cut out of one sheet, with bridges holding the counters in place.
Walls (Letter Box)
- Living hinge: one bendable strip follows each outline, with hinge cuts only where the letter curves.
- Flat panels: the outline is approximated by flat panels joined at the corners.
