Material and sheets
The material, its grain, and the sheets the parts are packed on.
Grain: Any lets parts turn to pack better; Along sheet width or Along sheet height keeps the grain of every part one way, which looks better on plywood but uses more sheets.
Options
- Thickness0.5 to 25 mm · step 0.1 mm
- The measured thickness of your sheet. Fins, slots and tabs all follow it, so measure the real sheet.
- Kerf0 to 1 mm · step 0.01 mm
- The width of the line the laser burns away; outlines are offset by half of it.
Sheets
- Sheet W50 to 3000 mm · step 10 mm
- The width of each sheet the parts are packed on.
- Sheet H50 to 3000 mm · step 10 mm
- The height of each sheet the parts are packed on.
- Margin0 to 50 mm · step 1 mm
- The border left empty round each sheet's edge.
- Part gap0 to 50 mm · step 0.5 mm
- The space left between parts on a sheet.
