Batch personalisation (ZIP)

Designs with text (signs, cake toppers, key racks, table numbers, name boxes and more) can be made for many people at once. In the Sheet section, Batch files (ZIP)… under the names box opens the batch window.

• Paste names, one per line; paste rows from a spreadsheet (name, date and photo columns); or load a CSV with a header row such as name,date,photo.
• The date goes under the name (or after it where the text is one line).
• Designs with a picture take a photo per row: choose the photos, and give each row the photo's file name in the photo column.
• Choose the files for each row: SVG, DXF, PDF or LightBurn. Each row gets its own folder; summary.csv lists every row and any that could not be made (for example a name with letters the font does not have).
• Everything is built on this device; names and photos are never uploaded. Cancel stops the batch at any time.
• To cut several names on one sheet instead, type them in the Names box: each line becomes its own set of parts on the same sheets.
