Puzzle generator
The Puzzle generator cuts a jigsaw from a rectangle, circle, oval, heart, hexagon, cloud, house, arch, shield or any closed outline, with classic, kids, wavy or straight cuts, an optional frame or tray, and a picture, text or piece numbers engraved on top.
Every edge between two pieces is drawn once, as a single line joined along each row and column, so the laser never cuts the same line twice. The cuts run half a millimetre past the outline (plus half the kerf), so no piece stays attached.
Free accounts export puzzles of up to 50 pieces; larger puzzles need Pro.

- Photo 100: 100 pieces, 300 × 200 mm, with your picture engraved.
- Heart 24: 24 pieces in a 240 mm heart.
- Round 36: 36 pieces in a 280 mm circle.
- Name puzzle: A child's name engraved across 8 large pieces.
- First puzzle: 4 straight-cut pieces in a frame for toddlers.
- Numbered 48: 48 pieces with small engraved numbers to sort them.
- Wavy coaster: A 100 mm round coaster in 6 wavy pieces.
- Cloud, kids: A soft cloud in 9 chunky pieces, in a tray.
- Family house: A house in 16 pieces with the family's name.
- Hexagon coaster: A 110 mm hexagon coaster in 7 pieces.
Material, layers and sheet
Set your material's thickness and kerf first: the kerf is applied once to every outline and hole. Engraving is filled on its own layer, which the SVG puts first so it runs before the cuts.
